Outtakes

Recently i picked up my Argus film camera and used it for the second time since i got it years ago. This camera is one hefty camera and has been nicknamed ‘the brick’ because it is so heavy and really feels like picking up a brick. I think last time i used it, only a few photos turned out but this time all the photos came out good, which is nice because i recently wasted two rolls of film on my new la sardina camera because i didn’ t realize i wasn’t twisting the lens far enough to hear the click. Silly me. And i think that may have been the longest run-on sentence ever. Anyhow. These photos i’m going to share in this post are the so-called outtakes of the roll – the photos that are blurry or out of focus but still have something that i like. Have you ever had a not-so-perfect photo become your favorite?

  1. I’m in love with your chevron rug. It’s perfection.
